Review your recurring costs.
1. Make the list.
List each subscription or recurring service, its renewal date, current cost and the reason you use it. Check your own statements rather than relying on memory.
2. Look for overlap.
Group tools by the job they do. Identify subscriptions that duplicate another tool or are no longer used.
3. Compare carefully.
Review cancellation terms, data export options and the features you would lose. A cheaper option only helps if it still does the job.
4. Set a review date.
Keep the list and revisit it regularly. Include annual renewals so they do not become surprises.
